Question:
Do I need a first aid room if I have over 100 employees for only a short period of time?
Answer:
If you have more than 100 workers employed for less than three consecutive months, one extra first aid provider and one extra first aid kit in addition to those required in Schedule A will be considered equivalent to the first aid room.
If, however, the number of staff exceeds 100 for more than three consecutive months, a first aid room is required.
