Saint John, N.B.- WorkSafeNB continues to investigate an accident that claimed the life of a 62-year-old Leonardville man.
On October 2, Burton Large, an employee of Northern Harvest Sea Farms, was struck by a portion of a load when a hoist cable snapped. He died in hospital on October 10.
Orders have been written because of violations to the Occupational Health and Safety Act. WorkSafeNB reminds employers and workers to regularly inspect and maintain equipment.
