WorkSafeNB is investigating a workplace accident on June 12 that claimed the life of a young New Brunswick worker.
An employee of Design Built Mechanical Inc. in Charlo was pronounced dead by responding paramedics after a forklift fell on top of him.
WorkSafeNB’s health and safety officers are investigating to determine how the accident could have been prevented and if there were any violations of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
