WorkSafeNB is once again seeking feedback from injured workers and employers to gauge satisfaction with its services and to identify areas for improvement.
Douglas Jones, WorkSafeNB president and CEO, said the client satisfaction survey is critical to helping the organization understand where service improvements can be made.
“The survey helps us gain insight into what we are doing well and what we can do better. Not only does it establish performance goals for our service delivery, it helps us benchmark the occupational health and safety culture in New Brunswick’s workplaces.”
Corporate Research Associates Inc. (CRA) will conduct the survey on WorkSafeNB’s behalf. All privacy requirements are strictly upheld and further details can be found on the privacy statement on our website.
