The annual WorkSafeNB Health and Safety Educator Award recognizes teachers who put safety first in and out of the classroom.

Do you know an educator who is top of the class when it comes to safety?

• Are they a role model for safe and healthy practices?
• Is safety always a priority – they don’t compromise?
• Do they provide health and safety learning opportunities?
• Are they proactive, always seeking ways to improve safety culture at their school?

Awards are available to both anglophone and francophone school sectors. You can also nominate a team of educators. Award recipients will be recognized at WorkSafeNB’s annual Health and Safety Conference in Fredericton from October 9-11. Nominees must be employees of a school or Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) centre in either a K-12 or ELCC-12 environment.

Deadline to nominate an educator is Friday, May 10.
