Announcement New! Updated sample incident reporting procedure

WorkSafeNB has updated its Sample Incident Reporting Procedure for New Brunswick workplaces. This sample has been adjusted to meet changes in legislation and WorkSafeNB’s reporting process. It also supports best practices for injury prevention and return to work.

For this sample, the workplace is a fictional organization called ABC Widget Company. Every New Brunswick organization differs in needs and requirements. All New Brunswick workplaces have responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Organizations insured under the Workers’ Compensation Act have further obligations.
