News Release Updates to WorkSafeNB’s Guide to OHS Legislation

WorkSafeNB has released an update to the Guide to OHS Legislation as of May 21, 2025. This update addresses several technical corrections and introduces new resources to support workplace health and safety compliance:

• Links throughout the guide have been updated for seamless navigation.
• New Interpretations have been added:
• Headwear in the workplace
• First aid standard equivalency
• Overhead cranes safety requirements
• Reporting and Notifications: Links to required documents have been updated to their most recent versions.

We encourage users to refresh the bookmarked web version to ensure they are accessing the latest content. Mobile app users should update to the latest version via the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
