News Release WorkSafeNB Enhances E-Courses to Support New Brunswick Workplaces

WorkSafeNB is pleased to announce the launch of updated e-courses designed to support healthier, safer workplaces in New Brunswick. The new courses are more modern, user-friendly and reflect current legislative updates.

These online courses are available to all workers and employers, either as stand-alone learning or as part of the blended learning option for the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) Educational Training Program.

Courses include:

  • New Brunswick Health and Safety Legislation
    Understand the laws and WorkSafeNB’s role in workplace health and safety.
  • Hazard Identification, Assessment and Control
    Learn how to recognize and manage workplace hazards.
  • Incident Reporting and Investigations
    Explore how to report, investigate and analyze workplace incidents.
  • Workplace Inspections
    Gain skills to plan, conduct and follow up on inspections.
  • Effective JHSCs
    Learn how to build and maintain an effective committee.
