It’s time to report your annual payroll (Form 100). The filing deadline is Feb. 28, 2026.

Quickly and easily Fast File your Form 100 using your Employer Code and the unique Access Pin on the Form 100 – Employer Payroll Report (2025-2026) you recently received from WorkSafeNB in the mail. You do not need to make a MyServices account to Fast File your Form 100.

Submit your Form 100 on your MyServices account.

Please note we are not accepting payments or processing Form 100s at our office locations.

To complete your Form 100, you should have:

• Previous year’s financial records, T4 and T4 summaries.
• Records of all contracts and payments made to individuals and companies.
• Specific records that show the number of workers employed during the previous year.
• Any information or records you need to estimate your current year’s assessable earnings.
• NEW Information about temporary foreign workers, if you employ any.

(Temporary foreign workers [TFWs] are non-Canadian employees hired, with federal authorization, by New Brunswick employers to fill essential roles for set period). Information about TFWs is an important part of province-wide prevention planning.  It helps us to better understand workforce trends and ensure our programs, outreach, and prevention services best support safe workplaces for all New Brunswick workers.
