Description: Worker was cutting and removing plastic straps from a bundle of hardwood pallet products. As the worker reached in between two bundles, the trimmer operator, not knowing his co-worker was reaching in between the bundles, started the transfer chains, crushing worker with the bundles.

Description: Injured worker and a co-worker were attempting to remove a shipping pallet from beneath a large motor control centre unit weighing approximately 1,800 lbs. The unit fell forward onto the worker, trapping him beneath. Co-workers quickly lifted the unit enough so he could crawl out.
