Announcement Two must-have services to help your business during COVID-19!

April 9, 2020

Dear valued service provider,

At all times, WorkSafeNB is committed to excellent service delivery. And we’ve never been more focused on that priority than we are now, during the COVID-19 pandemic. We know that invoicing and payment delivery are critical to your business operations. As such, we want to ensure you know about two important WorkSafeNB offerings: MyServices and Direct Deposit.

If you have already registered for both, you currently enjoy the benefits of quick access to payments and ease of information flow. If you have not registered for both, we recommend you do so immediately.

With growing uncertainty over mail delivery and possible interruption, we strongly recommend that you sign up for direct deposit. If there is a postal service interruption, we can’t guarantee that payments will arrive in your mailbox in a timely manner.

Direct deposit is the most efficient way of receiving a WorkSafeNB payment. It is highly reliable and fast – you usually receive your money within 24 hours of it being issued. To sign up, you need to have a Canadian bank account.

You can register in one of two ways:

  • MyServices is the quickest and easiest way to register. Don’t have an account? See the next section.
  • Complete the online form and mail or fax this to us. Directions are on the form.

You told us that having online access to statement vouchers was important. We heard you, and, as of April 9, we’re providing direct deposit statement vouchers through MyServices!

MyServices is a secure online platform, where you can:

  • E-mail claim managers
  • Upload reports and invoices
  • Check on invoice status
  • View statement vouchers to help with your bookkeeping
  • Sign up for direct deposit

Here’s how to register:

  • Go to our MyServices registration page for further instruction; or
  • Call us at 1 800 999-9775 and we'll help you set up your account over the phone.

Thank you for your ongoing dedication and support for New Brunswick’s injured workers, especially in these challenging times. We also wish you safety and health in your workplace and your home. Please reach out if you have any questions on MyServices or Direct Deposit. We’re here to help.
