Bert Cyr is the general manager for Fox Creek Capital's two most significant subsidiaries, Wood-Mizer Canada East and Hebert Marine & Power Equipment. A lawyer by profession, Cyr gained considerable experience over the last decade as a corporate commercial lawyer for a multinational conglomerate based in Atlantic Canada, as well as public reporting issuers in both Canada and the United States.
He also serves as part-time chairman for the New Brunswick Mental Health Review Board and vice-chairman for the New Brunswick Appeal Board on Teacher Certification and continues to practise law in a limited capacity.
