News Release WorkSafeNB is updating its supplier network information

To our service and supply partners:

Serving the people of New Brunswick is at the heart of everything we do. A key part of this commitment is ensuring we have the tools to deliver our services effectively. Modern core systems are foundational. They must be reliable, secure and capable of keeping up with evolving technology while adapting to changing business requirements.

With this need, WorkSafeNB has been prioritizing core system transformation. This includes moving its finance and supply chain management systems to an Oracle cloud-based solution, effective January 31, 2026.

Oracle is a trusted platform used by businesses all over the globe. Mobile-friendly, it will offer self-serve options such as payment status tracking, access to historical data and ability to update contact and banking information. We’ll share more about the benefits of this system in the coming months.

In addition, WorkSafeNB will start issuing payments by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to our regular suppliers now, in preparation for the change.

To help ensure an effective transition, including seamless delivery of service, suppliers may receive an email or call from WorkSafeNB asking for updated information over the next few months.
