Evolving our Claims Service Delivery Model (Consultation closed)

WorkSafeNB is committed to providing more value and better results for our clients – the workers and employers of New Brunswick. We’re on a comprehensive modernization journey and our claims service delivery model is a priority.

In recent years, we’ve been conducting in-depth analyses to determine whether there are more effective and modern ways to support our injured workers as they navigate their recovery. And we have found better ways. This includes the introduction of early intervention and stay-at-work support units along with an enhanced framework to access treatment for psychological injuries.

We’ve been enthusiastically building our future service models, from adjudication to case management to rehabilitation, with the client at the heart of our decision-making. We know that maintaining a connection to the workplace and co-workers, as well as the support of family and friends, is critical to a safe recovery and our clients must feel supported and cared for throughout the process by their entire team.

WorkSafeNB’s goal is to be by our client’s side every step of the way supporting their recovery.

We do this with you: the workers, employers and health care professionals in our province. We collaborate with all stakeholders to design, build and manage an effective continuum of safety and care.

We invite you to read Evolving our Claims Service to Delivery Model – with a focus on changes to our rehabilitation model – and share your thoughts. You receive and experience our services first-hand and can bring tremendous insight to how we can improve. Together, we’ll build a claims service that’s exceptional in Canada and across the globe.
