As the injured worker walked away from the forklift, the forklift operator started turning and lost sight of the injured worker. The injured worker did not have enough time to get out of the turning radio of the vehicle and was caught in the tires of the forklift and the forklift ran over their legs.

    Description: Linesman was in a crew replacing poles on high voltage power lines. While replacing a second pole, the pole touched the middle line energizing the pole-handler machine. The worker came in contact with the energized machine and was seriously injured.
