Have an MS Teams appointment?

We look forward to seeing you at your appointment. To help ensure a positive experience, please follow these steps:

Before your appointment:

1. Set aside a place where you can comfortably and freely chat with us.
2. Install MS Teams onto your device (if not installed already). To install MS Teams, click here. 
3. Test MS Teams to ensure sound and visuals are working properly and you feel comfortable with the platform.
4. Have the email invitation from WorkSafeNB quickly available (you'll need the link from the email).

On the day of your appointment:

1. Select and follow the meeting link in your email invitation.
2. Select "join meeting" (we recommend joining five minutes early).
