Brooke DeLong is a bilingual executive leader, trusted advisor, and partnership builder with more than 20 years of corporate and operations experience within the global mining industry. Her career spans corporate, public-sector, academic, and community environments, with expertise in stakeholder engagement, governance, organizational transformation, communications, and strategic leadership.
Based in Fredericton, she leads Connected Strategic Advisory Inc., an independent facilitation consultancy helping organizations, communities, and stakeholders navigate complexity, build trust and achieve meaningful outcomes together.
Brooke is an Accredited Business Communicator through the International Association of Business Communicators and holds the Prosci Change Management Certification as well as the Fearless Organization Scan Certification for facilitating psychological safety discussions in the workplace.
A seasoned corporate director, Brooke also serves on the board of directors of the Wallace McCain Institute. She’s a former member of UNB's board of governors, past-president of the UNB Associated Alumni, an alumna of the Governor General's Canadian Leadership Conference and past board member of Scandium Canada Ltd.
