
Frances LeBlanc was appointed to WorkSafeNB’s board of directors on February 25, 2026.
LeBlanc is a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience as an association executive, regulator, manager, strategist and advocate. She currently serves as president and chief executive officer of the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation, where she is responsible for the oversight and administration of programs, services and strategic priorities in support of The Moncton Hospital and related services.
She has also served as chief executive officer of Hospice Southeast New Brunswick and as chief executive officer and registrar of the New Brunswick Chiropractors Association. In these roles, she led organizational strategy, operations, governance support, and stakeholder engagement, including work with all levels of government.
LeBlanc brings extensive government relations and public affairs experience, having worked closely with federal, provincial, territorial and municipal governments throughout her career.
She has served on several boards of directors, including Salvus Clinic, Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick, ICD Maritime NB Chapter and Equal Voice. She is recognized for her strong strategic planning skills, operational leadership and commitment to continuous improvement.
LeBlanc is fluently bilingual in French and English.
